THERMAL LINEAR FORMING

Our high volume thermal linear forming system can turn any flat sheet of PVC, PETG, Acrylic or other polymer into the exact shape you need. Case dividers, sign holders, risers, cabinets, dividers are all professionally executed with low minimum run quantities and no setup or tooling charges. Our exclusive soft bend technology applies direct heat via finely machined elements to produce smoother, stronger bends to thin (.015" to .020" thick) substrates.
